By profession, Anastasia is a Legal-Sworn Translator who scrutinises legal texts and closely follows developments in policy and law. Driven by a deeply ingrained belief that a better world is possible, Anastasia has been a regular volunteer for the environmental and social justice movement in Cyprus for over a decade. She is currently the Vice President of Friends of the Earth and a member of the Climate Transition Committee of Limassol Municipality. Anastasia advocates for green urbanism, zero waste, sustainable mobility, and nature conservation at local, national and European level, using an intersectional approach that promotes public participation in decision-making.
